1. Returns

We accept returns within 3 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at contact@aanyaas.com.

5. Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

6. Approval

We will approve return/exchange within 2 days from request raise. If any exchange approved, it will delivered within 3-4 working days.
